This was the rendezvous point.We met in Great Falls to stock and prepare our trailers for our Alaskan adventure. Originally comprised of six couples,  mostly dropouts from the large Airstream  Alaska Caravan leaving from the International Rally in Oregon, we are now four units, two 31' and two 34' Airstreams.

Here we are in Great Falls, ready to go. Notice the extra tires on Ted's car, great to locate them  in town, few people are as well equipped.

About the crew.

Great Falls and Dick's RV were the perfect starting point. Campground was very comfortable and had WIFI at $2.00 a day, all services needed were available in town and the weather was perfect.

Do not miss the Lewis & Clark center or the Charles Russell museum however you may want to leave the tour bus excursion a remote option. The cost of the tour was $19.00 per person and I knew we were in trouble when some of the highlights included a Fudruckers restaurant and a newley paved parking lot.
