We are all members of the Charter Oak Connecticut Unit of WBCCI and that alone makes us good friends. None of us have ever been on a caravan to Alaska, most of us have never been to Alaska period and I refuse to consider a weeks cruise as truly visiting such a majestic place. That makes us all novices which means we are excited, trepid, and adventuresome. There is no official vastly experienced Alaska highway traveler to lead us nor do I suspect one is needed. Do we not look brave, resourceful, patient, and ready? Please consider that question rhetorical for I have taken the reigns, designed the route, made the reservations, and ascended to the position of "P T B", (Person To Blame) or more commonly "WM" (Wagon Master) and I certainly hope this log of our travels will support the unwavering trust my fellow travelers have for their "WM". We'll see! - Richard Kushman
